Zdravi recept: U lažnom Twixu možete uživati bez grižnje savjesti

Priznajte, i vama su najdraži recepti koji ne zahtijevaju dežuranje pokraj rerne, kao ni zavidno kulinarsko predznanje.

Upravo jedan takav danas imamo za vas…

Pločice koje svojim okusom neodoljivo podsjećaju na popularni Twix gotove su u trenu, a rade se isključivo od zdravih namirnica. Štaviše, obožavaće ih čak i vegani.

Ako poželite isprobati ovaj jednostavan recept, trebaće vam ove namirnice:

Sastojci za podlogu:

1,5 šoljica bademovog brašna

3 kašike kokosovog ulja

6 datula.

 

Sastojci za srednji sloj:

1 šoljica sjeckanih datula

2 kašike kikiriki maslaca

2 kašike bademovog mlijeka

prstohvat soli.

 

Sastojci za glazuru:

4 reda tamne čokolade za kuhanje.

TWIX BARS that will blow your mind! . . Honestly, if there’s one recipe you have to try, it’s this one! These bars are DANG DELIGHTFUL and they are gluten-free, dairy free & are easily made into a vegan delight☺️ . . INGREDIENTS: For the base: 1 cup oat flour (I just blended some rolled oats to make my own) 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup raw honey (or maple syrup) For the filling: 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 1tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan) 2 tbsp coconut oil For the topping: 4 blocks dark choc 2tbspns coconut milk 1tspn coconut oil . . METHOD: Preheat the oven to 180 and line a baking tray with baking paper. Blend all the base ingredients together and press onto the tray evenly. Pop the base into the oven for 10 mins and as soon as it comes out, transfer it (paper and all) to a Tupperware so that it can form properly, then let it cool! I put mine into the freezer for a bit to let it cool properly. While it cools. Melt the filling ingredients together in a pan on the stove. Once it’s done, let it cool down and pour it over the base. Pop the mix back into the freezer while you melt the toppings on the stove in a pan. Then pour the topping over the solid mixture and put it back into the freezer for atleast an hour before you cut it into bars. to be honest, these bars are even so amazing without the choc topping – so try it out and play around with what you like ☺️ Best stored in freezer or fridge ✨ . . I know the method seems like a lot but it’s really not. It’s super simple and SO, SO worth it!!

Upute:

Lim obložite papirom za pečenje.

U zdjeli pomiješajte brašno, otopljenu kokosovu mast i pastu od datula koju ste dobili tako što ste datule prethodno namočili i potom ih izmiksali u blenderu. Mijesite sve dok se smjesa ne poveže te je potom utisnite u kalup.

Kalup sa smjesom stavite u zamrzivač.

U blenderu izmiksajte datule, kikiriki maslac, mlijeko i so, te dobivenu smjesu prelijte preko pripremljene podloge. Stavite u zamrzivač na otprilike 30 minuta.

Čokoladu otopite na pari i, kad se malo ohladi, prelijte je preko pripremljenog kolača.

Dobro ohladite u frižideru i tek nakon nekoliko sati režite.
